Agreement

By accessing or using goMacro.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. goMacro.ai is operated by goMacro ("we," "us," "our").

The service

goMacro.ai provides AI-powered economic event analysis, scenario modeling, market bias signals, and portfolio impact mapping. The service is delivered as a web application accessible at www.gomacro.ai. Features and functionality may change over time as we improve the platform.

Subscriptions and billing

Access to goMacro.ai requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed either monthly ($29/month) or annually ($228/year, equivalent to $19/month). A 7-day free trial may be offered at our discretion. Payment is processed by Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime through your account settings or by contacting support@gomacro.ai.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel during a free trial, you will not be charged. Refunds for exceptional circumstances are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Not financial advice

goMacro.ai provides informational analysis for educational and research purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional advice. All scenario analysis, market bias signals, consensus estimates, and portfolio impact assessments are generated by artificial intelligence and statistical models. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.

You should not make any financial decision based solely on information provided by goMacro.ai. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions. Past performance of any signal or model is not indicative of future results. Trading and investing involve substantial risk of loss.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, goMacro.ai and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to financial losses from trading or investment decisions influenced by the platform's analysis. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit the content or data generated by goMacro.ai without written permission; attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the platform; use the service for any unlawful purpose; share your account credentials with others; or interfere with the operation of the service.

Intellectual property

All content, analysis, models, algorithms, and design elements of goMacro.ai are owned by goMacro. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the service for your own research and analysis purposes.

Data accuracy

We source market data from third-party providers including but not limited to Yahoo Finance, FRED, Finnhub, and NewsAPI. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any data displayed on the platform. AI-generated analysis may contain errors or hallucinations. Consensus estimates are generated by proprietary statistical models and may differ from Wall Street consensus.

Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We may also discontinue the service entirely at any time.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of goMacro.ai shall be resolved in the courts of New York.
